QUALIFICATION BONUSES

Qualification bonus is a one-time reward from Faberlic for the growth of 1st generation Directors in your group.

The Qualification bonus is calculated once you confirm your rank 8 times in the course of a business year (doesn’t have to be consecutive), which starts once you have reached the qualification for the first time.

Qualification rank can be “Unconfirmed” or “Confirmed”. If you have the required number of 23% 1st-generation branches in your group for a certain rank during 1-7 catalog periods, your rank is “Unconfirmed”. Your title will be “Confirmed” after the calculation of Qualification Bonus.

*If you have previously received the Director’s qualification bonus, the amount of the Senior Director’s qualification Bonus is $500. You can qualify as Senior Director without 1st generation 23% branches in case your PGV equals 5,000 Pts. or more.

DEVELOPMENT BONUS

If you are a Diamond Director (or higher) and continue to do business in the company, you can earn an additional yearly reward called the Development Faberlic Business Bonus.

This is 30% of all Qualification Bonuses in your Diamond Director structure earned in the past year.

The Development Bonus is a significant additional type of income for developing groups. Imagine that you’re a Diamond Director. This year, eight Directors, two Senior Directors, a Silver, a Gold, and a Ruby Director all earned Qualification bonuses in your group.

The Development Bonus is paid to a Consultant if the following requirements are met:

The Consultant keeps the rank no lower than Diamond Director, until the end of the last catalog period of qualification;

The Consultant must add eight 1st generation 23% branches in the current year compared to the previous year.

The bonus is only paid for those Directors in the downline who kept their confirmed rank in one of the last two qualification catalog periods (12th and 13th) of the current business year.

For example, the total of all Qualification Bonuses in your team is:

Director: $1,000 x 8 = $8,000

Senior Director: $1,500 x 2 = $3,000

Silver Director: $1,500

Gold Director: $2,500

Ruby Director: $3,000

Total: $18,000

YOUR DEVELOPMENT BONUS IS:

$18,000 X 30% = $5,400

The Development Bonus for a new Diamond Director starts being calculated from the period the Diamond Director rank was confirmed (Qualification bonus was paid).

The bonus is calculated at the end of the 13th campaign each business year.

QUICK START BONUS

Quick Start – is a bonus to entice people to move in their business and berewarded accordingly.

Consultant’s Quick Start Bonus:

Get Quick Faberlic Business Start Bonus during the first 3 periods after registration:

a. Reach 12% status – receive $ 50 bonus

b. Reach 15% status – receive $ 75 bonus

c. Reach 19% status and above – receive $ 100 bonus

For example, in the 1st period after registration the Consultant reached 9% (did not receive a bonus), in the second 15% (received $ 75), in the third 19% (received $ 100). Total Quick Start Bonus: $ 175. If a Consultant reaches 19% status and above all three periods after registration, then they will max out at $ 300.

Sponsor’s Quick Start Bonus:

Get $ 100 for each new Consultant in your first line, if these Consultants meet the conditions of the Quick Start Bonus for all 3 periods after registration (if they reach 12% status and above). You should have Director’s status and above at the periods when your new Consultants are qualifying for the Quick Start Bonus to get the when your new Consultants are qualifying for the Quick Start Bonus to get the Sponsor’s bonus.

Quick Start Bonuses are paid out in the end of a period they have been achieved.

FAST GROWTH BONUS

Fast growth Bonus – get double qualification bonus by reaching the rank from Directorand above (to Elite Director) within 9 periods after registration. The first part of the bonus is paid out instantly when you meet the Fast growth Bonus requirements, and the second part – when you close your status.

Fast growth Bonus requirements: Within 9 catalog periods from the moment ofregistration, 2 times in a row, open the qualification of Director (3,000 Pts of PGV) and above (to Elite Director) .

Fast growth Faberlic Business Bonus is paid out in the end of a period it has been achieved.

For example, if you open the qualification of Director 2 times in a row within 9 catalog periods from the moment of registration, you get $1000 instantly, and additionally $1000 when you confirm the Director’s status.

Upon reaching a higher rank, the bonuses are summed up. For instance, when confirming the qualification of Gold Director at once, the Fast growth Bonus is summed up: $1,000 (for the title of Director) + $500 (Senior Director) + $1,500 (Silver Director) + $2,500 (Gold Director). The total additional income is $5,500

Fast growth Faberlic Business Sponsorship Bonus – up to $2,000 bonus forDirectors, who sponsor new Consultants that meet the Fast growth Bonus requirements.

  • Help them to qualify for the Fast growth Bonus requirements
  • You should have Director’s status and above at the periods when our new Consultants are qualifying for the Fast growth Bonus.

You get $1,000 for each new Director (and above) instantly when they meet the qualifications of the Fast growth Bonus and additional $1,000 when they confirm their Director or above status.

The sponsorship bonus is paid out to the nearest Upline Director of a Consultant that has qualified for the Fast growth Bonus.
